low memory OS

so i have been facing this problem lately mostly when trying to run a llm locally the ram is not enough i dug deeper and founded that window 11 uses about 3-4 gb of ram and macOS uses about 3-4 gb of ram as well which gave me this idea of making an operating system that uses minmum amount of ram now we do have linux which cuts it down to 800 mb-1.5gb and if we use arch linux it cuts even further to 300mb-800mb of ram but linux is really difficult to install and integrate so the idea is to make a simple OS thats easily integrated into our system and have clean UI thats simple to use just like mac and windows but removing bg apps blotware and other things we can make one that cuts the ram usage down to 600mb-1gb of ram its the min for a simple easily useable OS and i have further ideas to make it more easy but lets make the OS real first and make updates later so anyone who can help and is up to make things easier please contact me but know this i dont have anything to pay you i am just reaching you with the idea i also dont have any demo as i dont have very tech bg but the idea itself is solid in my opinion and will help lots of people to make their experience more smooth use their devices as a server with more freedom to their ram and the problem i face run slm or llm on their pc more swiftly. even if you dont want to join or be a part of it please do consider leaving a review and would you like to use it or not and with thatbeing said thank you for your time you spent reading this and i hope you have a great day/night. goodbye and best if luck also idk which type of skills are needed so i am putting 100 designers but we can talk out the roles later according to your skills.
